Workers are definitely smaller than soldiers and marginally smaller than swarmers also. These insects are in reality blind and don’t have wings however they can be the most harmful group from the human perspective. These members of the colony are mainly in charge of eating wood.
These worker termites also function as food gatherers, nest contractors and larvae carers and feeders inside their society. Except for the wings, they can be similar to swarmers since they don’t have narrow waists and they have antennae that point out.
